Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, what is it for ?
These applications are supposed to allow us social interactions, exchanges and discussions around the same area of interest, a character or a brand.
Today we find different people on these social networks: the mass (all the users), the inactive (they like your page, are subscribed to your account but never come to it), the passive (they simply take note of your posts), clickers (they click on your posts to find out more), sharers (they share your posts), commenters (they comment on your posts), contributors (they create content around your brand, your image), the animators (they participate in the animation of your community) and the ambassadors (they intervene on social media for your brand. They defend you, argue in your favor in case of negative comments. The ambassadors are the spokespersons for a brand.)
Among these users we find "haters", people carried by hatred and jealousy and who expresses it through malicious and destructive comments. This has the effect of creating a loss of confidence and an amplifier of complexes for the user.
Shame is one of the emotions that arises when we do not feel up to the characteristics of society. It can become self-destructive and cause physical and emotional problems. To avoid this issue, we must first realize that we have this feeling/that we are suffering from this and it is after that we can work on it.
Perfection
It’s impossible to be perfect, and to be like everyone else at the same time. Perfection is only an image created by the media but it is not real. We are who we are.
Others' opinions
Do not listen to your loved ones harmful comments, people who are "toxic" and who constantly judge you, should not stay with you. We are generally ashamed when we think back to a past event, since we rehash that moment when people look at us and judge us, and this is where our negative thoughts eat away at us. Past acts should not interfere with your present feeling. Forget about your negative thoughts, "Iembarrass myself", "What did I do ..." Take a step back and imagine yourself in a better situation. Indeed, life is not all white or all black.
Accept your actions, accept yourself. Comfort yourself with positive vibes/thoughts. Keeping a journal can help some people to express their difficulties and their rewards and thus free themselves from them.
Twitter is not a diary, keep in mind that networks do not allow us to have a private life and you will always be judged for what you say.
